Eating light foods like cereals
Most times, people intend to see themselves with beautiful flat tummies but the prize for attaining this body postures might somehow be uncomfortable and unbearable.
Imagine yourself not eating the right food that gives you joy because a dietician asked you not to eat real food or perhaps put you on a 1x meal per day and so on.
All these can be very challenging and no one might want to go through the stress. Or maybe it doesn’t just worth the stress.
The best practice is to consume more of Oats, Custard, Pap, Cornflakes, Golden Morn in the morning and don’t try to overfeed yourself.
Gone are the days where people should suffer only to obtain flat tummies. That really sucks and shouldn’t be the practice of the 21st century.
Having consumed cereals in the morning, it’s okay to stick to any kind of meal that interests you in the afternoon. A good example is you might consider to take any good foods of your choice and eat to your satisfaction but “do not overfeed”.
It couldn’t be overemphasized not to overfeed while taking that solid food in the afternoon.
(I) after eating relax sit for 5 minutes.
(Ii) Take a walk to enable the food go to every part of your body, for like 10-15minutes depending on the type of food you eat and that aid digestion a lot.
(Iii) Then sit for 10-15 minutes as well for your butt.
(Iv) The last but not the list always lay down for 10-15 minutes to feed your tummy rightly.
3. Always make sure you eat light food at night example indomie etc. The essence of taking light foods at night is to aid quick digestion.
Always try as much as possible to always lie down on your tummy for some minute before sleeping and if possible all through the night, I know that doing this can be challenging at times but at the end you will always be happy that you did this, with two weeks only you will never stop that habit.
