The addition of spinach in egg sauce will add nutritional value to the texture of your health most especially doing this pandemic (coronavirus)
3 fresh tomatoes diced
3 fresh pepper diced
1 bulb onion
3 cup spinach sliced
Salt to taste
1/4 cup beg oil
Peel and wash the yam place in a pot and Cook until it’s soft
Whisk the egg in a bowl and add a pinch of salt
Pour the vegetable oil in a fry pan allow it to be on the cooker for 3 minute
pour your onion,fresh diced tomatoes and pepper inside the hot vegetable oil and salt to taste and star cube. Leave for 4 minutes and add your whisked egg to it leave it for 3 minute.
Finally add the already washed and sliced spinach then leave for 2 minute and then drop
Yummy your delicious meal is ready.
